Door 2 Door Cars operates a large, modern fleet, including four-seats, saloons, six-seaters, eight-seaters, nine-seaters, wheelchair accessible vehicles, executive cars and 16 seat minibuses.

All our vehicles are fitted with the latest tracking and dispatch software, helping us to offer a seamless, efficient service to all our customers at all times.

Can’t find the answer you are looking for?

Yes you can bring your pet. If you are bringing a small dog then the operator taking your booking must be informed prior to the taxi being dispatched. You must bring a blanket and they are not allowed on the seats under any circumstances.
If you need assistance to and from the vehicle and your door, please let one of the operators know when booking your journey and we can make sure that the driver is aware of your needs.
Yes but spaces are limited and will need to be booked 1 week in advance.
Please give us a call as soon as possible on and we will do our best to locate your item. If we are unable to locate it, we will take your details and contact you if it is found.
Yes we will always assist with luggage on collection and drop off. Please disclose whether or not this is needed when booking your journey.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can get you to your appointment on time. However, we usually just need 45 minutes notice to get you to your appointment in good time.

If you are travelling to Southampton Airport, please allow 45 minutes plus your allocated check-in time for checking in luggage and other required tasks before the flight gate closes.

If you are travelling to Bournemouth Airport, please allow 1 hour 15 minutes.

Excellent service, text messages to tell us driver was on his way and what vehicle he was in. Didn’t get the name of the first driver, driver, on return was Mohammed. Both were very friendly and efficient. Thankyou - Will definitely use again...
